Day 15 12.3.23 Dunedin

First stop was coffee in the gardens.

Court House
Railway station

Court House from a distance.

Mark decided to sit on the otherside of the park in the full sun as it was a little fresh at 9am.

Walked back to the museum to peruse the merchandise.

The Dunedin Gaol we visited yesterday.

Chinese gardens. $10 entry fee.

My birth date has special meaning for the Chinese.

Saw no fish in the water.

What can I say 🤷‍♀️ We always have a fun time when we get together.

Art, apparently
Private, glass house dining.
Mark had an apple crumble Cider. I had a sip and it was the first time I have ever had drink envy. My coffee was great but that was better.

The same station we listen to at home.

Unfortunately our map didn't tell us that we were taking the steep way to the Gardens.

The main entrance is way down there. We started up the top in the bush tracks.

By the time we got back to our accommodation we had walked over 11kms. A cider and a rest was called for.
Mark added walking up the World's steepest hill to his adventure but my poor hip was telling me "don't do it".
See pics below. Mark ended up walking 14kms.

I went for another, much shorter walk to buy something small to cook for dinner. We'd had a big, delicious lunch at Vogel St Kitchen earlier.
The weather was a perfect 22° today.
